This policy covers the WCI Grade Schedule staff app at schedule.wcilewiston.com. It is an internal tool for WCI employees and is not a public product.
These terms cover the WCI Grade Schedule at schedule.wcilewiston.com, an internal scheduling tool operated by Western Construction of Lewiston (“WCI”). By signing in, you agree to them.
Who may use it
The app is for current WCI employees only. Accounts are created by a super administrator and linked to a roster entry; there is no public registration. If you leave the company or your roster entry is deactivated, your access ends.
Your account
Keep your password to yourself and do not let anyone else use your account. Tell your supervisor if you think someone else has access to it. You are responsible for what happens under your sign-in.
Acceptable use
- Use the app for WCI work, not for anything else.
- Do not try to reach data you are not meant to see, or work around access controls.
- Do not share the schedule outside the company.
- Only superintendents and administrators may change the schedule or the roster.
Text message program
If your mobile number is on the crew roster, WCI sends you an SMS when a superintendent publishes the weekly schedule. This is an internal staff notification, not marketing.
- Frequency: normally about one message per week.
- Cost: WCI does not charge for it. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
- Opting out: reply STOP to any message and they will stop.
- Help: reply HELP, or contact us at the address below.
- Carriers: carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Your number is collected in person by a supervisor when you are added to the roster. Opting out of texts does not affect your access to the app or your employment. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.
Text messages are a convenience, not the official record. Messages can be delayed or filtered by carriers. The schedule shown in the app is authoritative — check it if you are unsure about your work, and ask your superintendent if anything looks wrong.
Availability
We try to keep the app running, but we do not guarantee it will always be available or error free. It may be interrupted for maintenance or by problems at our hosting providers.
The schedule itself
Work assignments can change. A published schedule reflects the plan at the time it was published and may be superseded by a later update or by direction from your superintendent.
Our content
The app, the WCI name, and the WCI logo belong to Western Construction of Lewiston. Do not copy or reuse them outside the company.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, WCI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the app, including work missed because a notification did not arrive.
Changes
We may update these terms and will change the effective date above when we do. Continuing to use the app means you accept the current version.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Idaho.
