We are a locally owned contractor with our own equipment and our own crews. That means steady work close to home, real machines to run, and a foreman who knows your name. Most of our superintendents started on a crew here.
Construction in this valley is seasonal by nature, and we will be straight with you about that in an interview rather than after you take the job.

What we look for
Showing up matters more than a résumé. If you turn up on time, work safe and take care of the equipment, we can teach you the rest. Experience helps and gets reflected in the offer, but we have hired plenty of people with none.
